Standing tall just outside Coventry city centre, the UNINN Parkside development is a striking modern addition to the local skyline. Built by main contractor Winvic, the scheme comprises three towers rising 6, 13, and 19 storeys high, housing 502 high-end student en-suite rooms, a cinema, gym, communal lounge, and vibrant retail spaces.
